  • A Swimming is excellent exercise because it utilises a wide variety of muscles around the body and provides you with a cardiovascular workout as well. It is excellent for anyone who cannot carry out other forms of training, perhaps due to injury and can be either challenging or relaxing, depending on how you structure your session. There is really no such thing as ‘the best exercise' because each different form of exercise brings different health and fitness benefits. The ideal way to train is to include as wide a variety of different exercises as possible in your programme so that you develop each aspect of your health and fitness.
