  • Q I've read that a lot of 'healthy snack-type bars' are actually unhealthy. What's the best food to eat on the go?
  • A Snack bars are extremely popular yet some have very high levels of fat and sugar. For much healthier snack options, try bananas - which are readily available, travel well and come in their own biodegradable wrapper! Any fruit is good as a quick snack, but you could also try low-fat yoghurt, rice cakes, a low-fat sandwich or even a bowl of porridge to keep your energy levels up.
