  • Q I want to take part but don’t have anyone to take part with, does this matter?
  • A Much depends on the actual event you enter. Some of the events are intended to be team events which you can’t really complete on your own. There is nothing to stop you entering alone, but with some events it is near impossible to finish them under your own steam; you will at some point (if you are going to complete all of the obstacles) need some assistance. The good news is that there will usually be help for you on the course, and a lot of it. Some obstacle events are solo efforts where you are expected to rely on yourself to complete the challenge, so choose your event depending on your preference.
