Hello and welcome to the Team Samaritans training zone. We can’t thank you enough for taking part in an event for us, whether you are jogging a 5k or cycling 100 miles-thank you so much for your support.

Samaritans is the only support service open 24 hours a day, every day. We’re here for anyone facing an emotional problem of any kind. Every year we receive over 5 million calls for help, across our 201 branches. When people get in touch, we listen – in confidence and without being judgemental. Whether it’s online, over the phone or face-to-face, we give people the space and time to work through their problems in their own way and move forward.

We know that taking part in any event, no matter the distance, takes time and dedication to prepare for. We want to help and support you as much as we can, so we hope our training zone will do just that!
